CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY PROMISE......THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. MAKE SURE YOU READ IT!!! By submitting this form, you (the customer) agree that you understand that you have only SUBMITTED an order at this time. The order will be confirmed when you receive and pay the Quickbooks invoice. You agree that you will scroll down the email sent with the invoice, read it, check it to make sure ALL details are correct on it (including date and time of delivery). Your order will be made to the details on that invoice. To confirm your order you agree to pay at time of invoice receipt. If payment is not made by 72 hours before the due date, the order is subject to not being made and can be automatically cancelled. Any cancellations or postponements by the customer must be made NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS before the due date. Any cancellations or postponements by the customer less than 72 hours before due date are subject to forfeiture of paid funds.
